A good and effective way of learning English is doing translation projects. It is a pleasant experience and you can do it even at an elementary level.

¶ Start maybe with songs from English to Persian or Persian to English

¶ Do only small projects like jokes

¶ Read small projects that are already done like the ones provided here.
